The famous bridge from the town of Arnhem, a key objective of Operation Market Garden in September 1944. Featured in the movie "A Bridge Too Far".
This model is a faithful scale reproduction of the bridge that crosses the lower Rhine at Arnhem in The Netherlands. The bridge is a scale 392' feet which is 65.8" (1.67 meters) in 28mm scale. This model is just half of the bridge with is perfect for placing up against the edge of a table or against a wall. The half bridge measures about 33" long.
If you add an optional approach (32") this model will span nearly 65" (1.65 Meters)
This model is big. If you are outside the US please know that shipping on this item will be expensive due to the weight of the pieces.
Please note: Photos for this product show the 15mm-20mm version of this model. The 28mm model is very simular except much larger.
