Large, multi-story, multi-tennant, apartment block with bay windows. In this version of the building the bay windows extend all the way to street level in contrast to 285MEV124 where they are on the 2nd-4th floors only.
Inspired by the Brownstone style buildings found in New York, Chicago, and the New England region as well as other regions in America. Models could even work in other regions like along the canals in Amsterdam or any major city. Depending on how you finish the kit, it could fit many areas.
