Hybrid kit, facade is a resin casting with excellent raised details, sides and back are simple laser cut and engraved MDF. This puts the maximum detail on the face of the building and keeps costs down.
Model measures 5.9" tall x 3.9" wide 3.5" deep front to back. (150mm x 100mm x 89mm)

Resin and MDF kit. The facade has the Nazi eagle emblem, which limits its use to WWII. This is not an issue for me and this building can be used for a Nazi government building in any of the occupied countries or in Germany itself. The kit is simple and sturdy and can be easily modified, adding floors or details to the other 3 walls, etc.
