Model measures 3.9" x 6.5" x 2.6" tall (99mm x 165mm x 66mm)
Model is precision cut from 1/8" (3mm) MDF with window frames and sign cut from 1/16" (1.5mm) BassWood. The sign has very detailed, 3-dimensional letters and logo. The red brick roof pieces are resin castings that create a very realistic look.
