Model footprint is 7" x 12" and it's about 5" tall to the top of the sign.
Model features a removable roof so you can detail the inside to your liking and play inside as well. The curved roof is made from a very durable material, the same material that our painting stencils are made from.

quality work, pieces fit together well. had to google search how to assemble but easy to find instructions

Easy!
This was my first MDF kit. I'm not a crafty person but it was easy to assemble even without instructions. I'm currently in the painting stages and even with a primer it requires several coats. A sheet with best practices and tips for those kits would have been appreciated.
