Introduced in 2015 as the third generation of Chinese light tanks. Emphasis has been placed on mobility with a high power to weight ratio. The use of oxygen generators allows the vehicle to operate in high altitude regions. Mounting a 105 mm gun it has a limited capability against current generation main battle tanks.
