6mm Apartment Block (Matboard) - 285CSS153

This looks great after I built it. I spent some time being shocked at how many parts come with this kit, however they are grouped very intuitively, the parts only fit one way, and there are guide lines showing where to glue each later (see the ridges around each level). The kit goes together very quickly. The videos available do a great job of explaining what you need to know to assemble these very light weight and sturdy buildings. I will strongly suggest this building. If you assemble with Tacky Glue (or any PVA glue) you'll have time to adjust the parts to minimize the gaps, if there are any.

The GCM matboard buildings are great. They go together pretty easily and quickly, and look great for their size. You can use a small textured spraypaint on them and make them look decent, plus get some of the blue backing from here to give it windows (and maybe light up the inside if you wanna). The only negative thing I could say about these buildings is they would require a bit of filling in after to hide the grooves for assembly.
