Model has an overall footprint of 5.59" x 4.06" x 1.64" tall (142mm x 103mm x 42mm). If you add the optional external detail kit you should add .25" to the length of the model.

Great detail - easy to assemble
Guys - these huts are great and cost efdective! The value can't be beat and the precision of the pieces is tremendous. I used tacky glue to attach the roof and it worked without effort. I also primed these and the etched details really pop out! Nice pieces.
