Model is precision cut from the highest quality mat board (as used in the picture framing industry), this is not flimsy paper, this is stiff mat board. Models go together in minutes using common white glue or “Tacky glue” and can be painted to any level of detail you desire or simply sprayed one color so you can get back to gaming.
Model measures 1.3" x 1.3" x 4.7" (33mm x 33mm x 119mm)
Note: Photos of the finished model show a transparent blue film inside the building to simulate windows, this is something added by the builder and not part of the kit.

Great building
Good little building, that really doesn't require painting. Its small enough to fit in hexes for most games, yet 10 levels tall. Goes together easy enough, but get the blue stuff for the windows (or use something) else it'll look goofy. I don't think they need painted.
